EU delivery

Shipping is a flat €12.00 per order, free on orders of €99.00 or more.

We ship to EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Orders are dispatched from Colchester, England, United Kingdom, by Royal Mail, once payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days to most destinations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Import VAT and duties. We do not charge VAT. Because orders ship from the United Kingdom, deliveries outside the UK are imports: you are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties and customs or handling fees charged by your country or the carrier on delivery. Lawful receipt and storage are the customer’s responsibility.
